Cancellation Policy
Overview
At Baseplay Tennis Academy, we understand that plans change. This policy outlines our cancellation and rescheduling terms for private lessons and group clinics, so you always know where you stand.
Private Lessons
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full credit that can be applied to a future session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice — or no-shows — will be charged the full session fee. We are unable to offer credits or refunds for late cancellations or missed sessions without prior notice.
Group Clinics & Classes
For group clinics and classes, we also require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel your spot. If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, your session will be credited for use at a future class of the same type.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or failure to attend without notice, will forfeit the session fee. We are unable to hold spots or transfer credits for late cancellations.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us directly by email at tim@baseplaytennisacademy.com. Please include your name, session date, and time so we can process your request promptly.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
Weather & Court Cancellations
If a session is cancelled by Baseplay due to adverse weather conditions or court unavailability, you will receive a full credit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
