Participant Agreement – Trips & Camps (Domestic and Overseas)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a trip or camp organised by Baseplay International Pte. Ltd. (“Baseplay”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services
Baseplay will provide tennis coaching, training sessions, and related activities during the trip or camp. Travel arrangements and accommodation will be recommended by Baseplay but remain the participant’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Eligibility
Participants must be of appropriate age and physical fitness for the activities. Minors must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
You understand that tennis, travel, and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property loss, illness, and travel disruptions. You voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Baseplay, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

5. Medical Disclosure & Consent
You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation. In the event of injury or illness, you authorise Baseplay staff to arrange emergency medical treatment on your behalf, at your own cost.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward others, follow instructions from Baseplay staff, and comply with local laws. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the trip/camp without refund.

7. Fees & Payment
All trip/camp fees must be paid in full prior to the start date. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

8. Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of participant cancellation, injury, illness, travel disruptions, or visa issues. Participants are strongly advised to purchase personal travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other contingencies.

9. Travel & Documentation
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, insurance policies, and any required travel documents.

10. Force Majeure
Baseplay will not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, or transportation disruptions.

11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baseplay, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
(a) your breach of these Terms & Conditions;
(b) your negligent, reckless, or intentional acts or omissions; or
(c) any injury, loss, or damage caused by you to any person or property during the trip or camp.

12. Image & Media Release
You consent to Baseplay using photographs, video, and other media from the trip/camp for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
